Changes in appointment to be 24 hours before the service time.
In case of cancelling the appointment an hour or two before the appointment, the payment will not be refunded when it’s previously transferred.
Changing the appointment time, according to the availability.
In case the client missed the appointment, 50% of the amount will be transferred before the next session and in case you have packages subscription it will be discounted from package.
When the client is late (15 minutes) of the session time, it is deducted from the session time, and if the specialist is late, the full session will be completed (50 minutes).
In case of not responding to the confirmation and cancellation messages within (4 hours), the appointment will be canceled.
When there is any problem, complaint or suggestion, our customer service team is fully prepared to assist you at anytime.
Do Not come to the clinic if there are symptoms of coughing, shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or direct close contact with a patient who was diagnosed with the new Corona disease (Covid-19) within the past 14 days.
